Jennifer Daw

Jennifer M. Daw is Vice President of Entitlement of Holloway Land Company, a land development and entitlement consulting firm located in Sacramento, California. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Daw worked for the University of California Davis, and prior to UC Davis, she worked for a real estate developer, Spencer Enterprises, in Fresno, California.

Ms. Daw has acted as project manager for the following projects: Bradshaw Christian School, Bel-Air Phase II and III shopping center, the 700 unit Carmencita subdivision, Pardee Homes, Sacramento Country Day School, Southside Missionary Baptist Church, Trammell Crow Residential, thirty-four (34) Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets in Northern California and Nevada, and other development projects. Ms. Daw has also entitled various projects throughout the City and County of Sacramento. She has worked with Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) staff in the development of Air Quality Mitigation Plans that successfully meet the 15% operational mitigation requirement.

Ms. Daw is always ready to take on new tasks to better serve the firm's clientele. Catering to client's needs, Ms. Daw successfully organizes neighborhood meetings, presents materials to the various governing boards, but more importantly, effectively responds to questions and conflicts which arise throughout the community outreach.

In addition, Ms. Daw has established herself as a leader in the community and professional activities. Appointed by the Mayor, she served on the General Plan Advisory Council (GPAC), currently serves on the Board of East Sacramento Chamber of Commerce, is a graduate of the City Management Academy (2006), and currently chairs "Stop and Smell the Roses", an event to honor the seniors living in senior facilities in East Sacramento.

She received her Master's in Public Administration from National University, Master's in Business Management, with emphasis in Human Resources, from Golden Gate University and her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from University of California, Davis.
